The staff are helpful and attentive.

Reasonably large and beautifully designed rooms with the windows taped up, felt like home. The restaurant was modest, great service, BRILLIANT food. The staff was exceptional and pleasant all that time.

Great location near local shops and restaurants makes it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean, with a unique touch like a TV speaker installation in the bathroom.

Key card issues were a hassle. We found ourselves locked out multiple times, and the hair dryer was unreliable. Food from room service fell short, leaving us with limited options, even though many good restaurants are nearby.

comfortable room

easy access to parks and local attractions made exploring easy

the hotel staff offered really good hospitality, and I particularly appreciated how close I was to places like Joggers' Park, where I enjoyed long walks, and the Cuckoo Club, perfect for grabbing a bite after a day of exploring.

Location: the hotel was just next door to shopping area and Bandra and Khar and international restaurants. I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was overall great. The staff were courteous and kind, no reason to complain.
